What it is

A little of a prescription medicine, placed precisely, to relax the muscles that carve expression lines into your face and pull it downwards over time — frown lines, forehead, crow's feet, and lower down into the jawline and neck too. Done well, nobody should be able to tell you've had anything done; they'll just think you look well.

I use a few different brands — Botox®, Alluzience® and Relfydess® — and part of our consultation is choosing the right one for you: your face, your muscles, how you've responded before. Not simply whichever one happens to be in the fridge. And because I'm a GP and a prescriber, I do every assessment and every treatment myself. The goal is never a frozen, startled look — just a softer, fresher, better-rested version of the face you already have.

What happens when you come in

We always start with a proper consultation and a good look at how your face moves — what's bothering you, what would help, and which brand suits you. The treatment itself takes fifteen or twenty minutes with very fine needles; most women say it feels like a few tiny scratches. You can head straight back to your day, and I'll see you again at two to three weeks to check you're happy and perfect the result.
