Polynucleotides

Regeneration, not just rejuvenation — teaching your skin to repair itself.
What it is

Polynucleotides are one of the treatments I'm genuinely most excited about. Purified DNA fragments are placed into the skin, where they act as signals — calming inflammation, waking up the fibroblasts that make your collagen, improving hydration, and building skin density and elasticity.

Nothing is being added for volume, the way it would be with filler. Your skin is simply being prompted to rebuild itself. I use Ameela®, a leading polynucleotide range, including a formulation made specifically for the delicate eye area.

Who it's for
  • Dull, tired, thinning or crepey skin — face, eyes or neck

  • Dark circles and fine lines around the eyes

  • Skin that's lost its quality through perimenopause and menopause

  • Anyone who wants genuinely regenerative, natural results — or who's always felt “filler isn't for me”

What happens when you come in

After a consultation and some numbing cream, I place the polynucleotides with a series of small, superficial injections where your skin needs them. It takes around 30–45 minutes. You'll have little bumps for a day or two and possibly some light bruising. A course of two or three sessions, a few weeks apart, gives the best result, and your review is included.

What you can expect
  • Firmer, thicker, more elastic skin with a healthy glow

  • Brighter under-eyes and softened fine lines

  • Improvement that builds over 4–12 weeks as your collagen regenerates — results that are genuinely yours

  • Maintenance usually around every six months
