Microneedling + Exosome Therapy

What it is

Medical microneedling creates thousands of tiny, controlled channels in the skin that trigger its natural repair response — new collagen, smoother texture, fresher tone. We make the most of that with exosomes: the little cellular messengers that speed up repair and regeneration.

I offer three routes. The Dermalogica Pro Pen with an Exo-Booster is my versatile, everyday option. For a more intensive regenerative result, I can use Ameela® exosomes, either through the pen or with the specialist Ameela microneedling device, which is designed for even, controlled delivery into the skin.

And liquid microneedling — Cellstory and Biospicule — is the gentler third option. Instead of a needling device, microscopic natural spicules are massaged into the skin, creating thousands of tiny channels that prompt renewal and carry active ingredients deeper — without a needle, and without the redness and downtime of traditional needling. It's lovely for sensitive skin, for anyone nervous of needles, and for anyone who can't take visible downtime.

Either way, this is medical-grade treatment, done by a doctor — a very different thing from a facial.

A consultation, then a cleanse, then the treatment across the face (around 30 to 40 minutes), finished with the exosome booster and barrier-protecting aftercare. With traditional needling you'll have redness like mild sunburn for a day or two; with liquid microneedling, often none at all. A course of three works best for collagen remodelling, and your review is included.
